The notion that you need to grind away in obscurity for years before getting a nod is so 2001…

From day one, you’ll have your very own sales coach, meticulously plotting your rise to either Sales Management or National Account Manager. All within the next 18-24 months.

You’ll also get access to a financial advisor to improve your financial health and a personal coach to work with you on any personal goals or hurdles.

Your mission is to expand your company's reach across the Northern UK, selling their premium cleaning and hygiene solutions to customers across various markets.

You’ll spend 4 days a week on the road, with a 70% focus on new business and 30% on account management.

Your assigned area will depend on your location..

We’re talking a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, but let’s not forget the uncapped commission.and a £6,000 car allowance.

Where you’ll be doing it:

You're looking at a 4th generation family business that has manufactured premium cleaning & hygiene products globally for 75 years with a sterling reputation that's built on actually giving a hoot about their customers and their staff (including you).

Their USP in their market is their customer service, their bespoke customer solutions and agility for their customers in a market focused on transactional selling, not to mention their focus on wellbeing and balance for their staff.

They have grown from £12m to £16m in the past 5 years and are targeting £50m in the next five.

Here...'Well-being’, 'Family’ and 'Balance’ aren’t just a fluffy word thrown around to sound caring; it’s the scaffolding of the entire operation.

From mental health coaching to financial advising to enhanced leave and holiday, they are all all about supporting you to be as fit as a fiddle - mentally, physically, and financially.

What Skills You Need to Apply:

You'll have at least 3 years experience as a territory/area sales person being on the road.

Then, you’ll have experience of selling into Hospitality, Foodservice, Education, Care Home, Government, Hotel or Healthcare markets.

You’re someone who is slightly more of a sales hunter than a sales farmer as 70% of your role is focused on new business.

However - this is a small family company. It isn’t structured like a large corporate and everyone mucks in.

So, if you like lots of structure or don’t want to get involved with the wider business, then this role isn’t for you.
