Temps Consultant - Industrial

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Temps Consultant to join the growing Reed IndustrialTeam based on the Brackmills Industrial Estate!

Reed Industrial are a new, specialist blue collar arm of the UK's largest recruitment agency. We specialise in placing high quality permanent and temporary candidates into Warehousing, Industrial, and Logistic environments across the UK.

As our dedicated Temps consultant, you'll be focused on supporting our existing temp desk and identifying opportunities for increased supply and growth.

As part of our RTS RPO division, you'll enjoy the benefits of NO COLD SALES, instead you'll work on leads which are brought in by our dedicated business development manager. You'll then be expected to support in identifying opportunities to grow our supply and develop relationships with clients.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in an industrial recruitment environment
• Good knowledge of industrial recruitment market
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements for temporary workers
• Strong client facing skills
• Able to work as part of diverse team
