Temporary Recruiter

Are you an experienced Recruiter or Talent Partner seeking a new opportunity? If you are free immediately for a temporary role, this could be a great interim position.

We have registered an exciting role with this impressive local organisation. The temporary Recruiter will be responsible for the identification of talent, nurturing them through the pipeline, ensuring all candidates have an excellent experience.

This role is an office-based role, working for 40 hours week.

Please note, this is an urgent temporary role due to start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

As the Temporary Recruiter some of your duties will include:

• Advertising vacancies
• Screening CVs and applications
• Conducting interviews
• Liaising with hiring managers
• Reporting on hiring metrics
• Coaching candidates through the recruitment process
• Updating the internal ATS accurately

In order to succeed, it will be imperative you can demonstrate the following:

• Dedicated, extensive Talent Acquisition experience in a partnership capacity
• Previous exposure in an SME environment, filling a range of vacancies
• Extensive experience posting advertisements online and using an ATS
• Successful track record of proactively recruiting via social media
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
