Temporary Receptionists

We are currently recruiting for various Front of House and Receptionist roles for leading corporate firms within the City of London. These roles are within investment banks, professional services firms or Magic Circle law firms. Our clients are looking for candidates on both a temporary and temp to perm basis.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the firm in a personal and confident manner
• Answering telephone calls promptly and efficiently and transferring to the relevant person/team
• Taking ownership of the front of house space
• Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms and tidy & well equipped
• Booking meeting rooms via a booking room system
• Monitoring of refreshments
• Booking guests in and out and ensuring an overall engaging experience
• Issuing visitor passes
