Exciting opportunity to work for this established Marketing company. They are seeking a temporary Receptionist to join their friendly team based in Richmond.

Working hours are 8:30-5:30

This role is perfect for someone how has a strong reception background, good IT skills and a professional telephone manner.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting

- Managing a busy switchboard

- Booking meeting rooms

- Organising and liaising with couriers

- Ad-hoc administration and reception duties as required

Person specification:

- Previous reception/ front of house experience essential

- Excellent communication skills with a high level of customer service

- Professional telephone manner

- Strong IT skills

£8.00 per hour
