A Temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant is being recruited for our manufacturing client in Ringwood. This would initially be for about 4 months but with potential for permanent. The hours would be 20-25 hours and there is flexibility around how these are worked.
Reporting to a Management Accountant and working within a small team, you will have responsibility for all aspects of processing purchase ledger invoices from receipt to payment and dealing with supplier queries. Full training will be given on the process and system, but previous purchase ledger experience would be essential along with knowledge/experience of Excel.
