Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider to a wide UK customer base and they are now looking to expand their team with a Temporary Customer Tech Support Agent in their Hale office.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Tech Support Agent, you will be;

  • Handling inbound communication, via multi-channels
  • Providing guidance and support to customers in relation to their service
  • Trouble shooting customers problems
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Supporting with any general account queries

Profile

To be successful in this role;

  • Experience within customer tech support would be diserable, but not essential
  • Have a strong customer focus
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to be empathetic
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good time management
