Great opportunity to join a leading car finance company based in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire.
The role of customer services is to be the proactive point of contact between the company, the customer and internal departments.
*Action reports, amend and update systems to ensure that records accurately reflect the customers position
*Ensure that all possible steps are taken for maximum customer retention At all times ensure compliance with relevant legislation including Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Act, Data Protection Act and the FLA code of practice.
The successful candidate will have some customer service experience gained from within an office / call centre environment, have an eye for detail , have good numerical skills, and have excellent communication skills.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30
