We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Administration Team Leader to join our Operations team in Widnes. Experience in logistics, warehouse and production is essential and working with SAP or similar WMS systems.

The Administration Team Leader Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills to achieve the desired results in a fast paced environment. You will be required to:
+ Ensure the accuracy of all inbound movements from purchase orders and production
+ Ensure the compliance of outbound delivery paperwork with our customer requirements
+ Effectively manage the administration functions ensuring the completion of all administrative duties within agreed time scales
+ Communicate the results from daily control reports
+ Investigate all admin and stock discrepancies
+ Communicate effectively with other teams both on and off site
+ Be compliant with all legislative and statutory requirements
+ Manage performance of team members
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
This role is for a highly motivated individual, ideally with a degree of experience in a supervisory role within an administration team. You will be dedicated and thorough in ensuring that all objectives are met. You will strive for accuracy of information and be capable of working on your own initiative in what will be a key role to the efficient operation of our Operations Office. Within the role you must be able to demonstrate the following core competences:

We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, exemplary attention to detail and be able to work alone when required. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational skills along with strong IT skills. Experience in logistics, warehouse and production is essential and working with SAP or similar WMS systems.
