Telesales/Account Manager

Hours are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1630

* Preparing quotations and following up quotes and enquiries

* Recording customer information by obtaining and entering required data.

* Confirming customer information by restating and clarifying data.

* Promoting products by suggesting related products; offering quantity discounts or special promotions.

* Maintaining quality service by following organisation standards.

* Maintaining technical knowledge by participating in training sessions and reviewing publications.

* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

A basic of £18,000 - £20000.

30 days holiday to be taken during school holidays.
