WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Within this role you will be using your excellent consulting and selling skills to understand what the customer requirements are and find them the suitable solution. You will also be looking to up-sell on any additional items and products that the customer may need. You will need to constantly pushing yourself to make sure monthly targets are met in line with the agreed KPI's.


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Strong selling skills
  • Proven Track record of successful account management
  • 2 years + B2B commercial experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence and Enthusiasm


IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

  • eCommerce Experience
  • Previous experience with Customer Service
