market in England just becoming deregulated in April 2017 the opportunities are endless within our group and for a hungry salesperson to succeed in a competitive environment.
As part of our continued growth we are currently looking to appoint a team leader to our Corporate Lead Generation Telesales team, a position in which you will be responsible for day to day management of a small team, including; training, motivating, day to day management, lead allocation etc., as well as developing new sales opportunities in order to generate a number of high quality sales appointments for our field sales staff to attend, so that they can discuss face-to-face the companies range of utility products, predominantly water.
Working from our Hamilton offices which are a short 5 minute walk from Hamilton West station and fairly close to all major bus routes, the successful applicant must have previous experience within Lead Generation / Appointment making and have proven success in this job role. We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a demonstrable successful track record and is sales and target driven, you should be used to making a high
volume of outbound sales calls, and be confident in speaking with decision makers at the highest level. You should have experience in people management and working with people to achieve the best results. Someone with experience in a similar role would be ideal for this vacancy.
A competent use of Microsoft office products in particular word, excel and outlook as well knowledge of CRM tools in general is a pre- requisite for this role.
Our working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. The starting basic salary for this position is £16,500 and it has on-target earnings of around £25,000 – although there is no upper ceiling. Additionally you will benefit from a pension scheme after a qualifying period as well as 28 days holiday per year and other benefits associated with a large national company.
