Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales? We're seeking a motivated individual to join a buzzing sales team within a leading service-lead business. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telephone outreach and managing appointments for Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange new business appointments for BDM's.
• Generate new prospect leads through research and information gathering.
• Manage leads and prospects in the CRM system.
• Work towards personal and company targets and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate data management and diary updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a strong understanding of services and products.
• Support team members during periods of absence.

Requirements:

• Proven telesales experience.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer literacy.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
