Role: Telesales Executive
Location: Preston City Centre
Salary: £18,000 basic salary plus commisson OTE £25k+
Status: Permanent Full Time
We are seeking an experience, committed and motivated candidate to work within our Home Support Sales team producing ongoing new business via outbound calls to prospective clients who have properties to sell or let.
Using a bespoke CRM system you will be generating new leads, converting new business and building relationships all around exceeding our clients expectations. Working in the property industry supporting our branch network booking appointments with customers you will have experience of sales and be used to outbound calling.
You will have targets to work to based on outbound calls, call quality and appoinments booked, this is not cold calling and all of your leads will be sourced for you. We are keen to ensure that all Telesales Executives are well rewarded for their efforts with an excellent commission package which rewards and recognises results on a monthly basis.
You will need to have previous telesales experience and be able to demonstrate a motivated, enthusiastic and determinded nature and be confident and comfortable with outbound calling.

Qualifications & Experience
A good understanding of Estate Agency and the sales process would be desirable but not essential
Demonstrate a stable working background
Candidates must be results driven, have experience of working in a busy telesales environment and ability to work to targets. A good knowledge of the North West would be advantageous.
Working week - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm ( 1 day midweek 11am - 7pm) plus alternate Saturdays 10am - 3pm
