Telesales Executive

Our client are looking for a telesales executive who’s priority will be to assist them with the selling of their new consultancy implant within the business.

You will need to acquire new customers and consultancy contracts for their consultants to fulfil this year.

This role is a crucial as they wish to expand and diversify their clientele.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific measures put in place.
  • Continuous service improvement, bringing in fresh innovative.
  • Management of social media accounts ( LinkedIn , Instagram , Twitter)
  • Maintain the ACT database.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect to all levels; via numerous platforms.
  • Previous long term experience in sales and a successful track record.
  • A clear understanding of the current market with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Committed, Enthusiastic and Able to close sales.
