Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Home Based or Office Based (Dereham Norfolk) - Flexible.
Hours: Monday to Friday : Minimum four hours per day to full time
Salary:£18k Basic Pro-Rata
OTE (£25k) Pro-Rata Uncapped
To cold-call businesses (business to business) across East Anglia and the UK.
To use raw data from our existing databases and to gather data from external sources such as Google and business directories.
To make initially circa 60 to 100 calls per day reducing as conversations become more involved.
To introduce our hard-disk destruction and IT recycling services
To introduce the value we provide and our differentiators and to help prospects under their responsibilities around data recycling (training will be provided in this area).
To continue calling frequently (expected every quarter) building on your relationship with the contact and their confidence in our organisation over and above any incumbent.
To book and confirm qualified meetings for our sales team or meetings to view and collect IT equipment for destruction or recycling.
To manage the transition of opportunities to the sales team where quotes and proposals are requested.
To continue managing the customer over the phone after the first sale.
To update our CRM Database with relevant information, contacts and scheduled future calls and refine the data with the CRM.
To send out email and post based literature to support your cold calling.
To attend regular training courses predominantly in-house and online.
To support the sales team in internal and external marketing activities.
Meet qualified lead and appointment targets weekly / monthly.
Ideally one years recent business-to-business outbound calling experience.
A good understanding of gatekeepers and the ability to demonstrate how to get round them.
Competent user of IT including Word, Excel, Outlook and online systems.
Experience with a well-known CRM would be useful.
A keen, general interest in IT and IT Service (this role does not have be technical).
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent time keeping and the ability to be flexible to meet our prospects needs.
Process driven but adaptable in order to deliver outstanding customer service.
