Telesales Executive - £25K

A quickly growing freight forwarder is looking for a further Telesales Executive to join their growing team. Working from their well positioned office in Leeds you will be dealing with businesses selling Air & Ocean freight services in this highly diverse role with excellent career prospects. Previous Freight Forwarding experience NOT REQUIRED.

To build the freight forwarding business through telesales. You will be responsible for closing business on the phone and maintaining good customer relationships with existing and new customers. You will be working closely with sales team by generating new leads.


  • Canvassing customers who have worked with the business in the past to generate new business.

  • Canvassing new leads through telesales

  • Securing new business over the phone

  • Producing proposals for new and existing customers

  • Quoting existing and new customers

  • Produce weekly activity reports

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proactive

  • Self motivated

  • Assertive

  • Excellent communication and social skills

  • Confident

  • Freight Forwarding experience - not a necessity

  • Previous Telesales experience

  • Proven track record

  • Based at the Leeds / Romford offices
