Telesales executive- excellent career progression

£18,000 to 20,000 Basic plus OTE £26,000 1st year

Our client based in Birmingham city centre is a market leading provider of business services offering first class management to leading companies in the industry allowing them to make significant cost savings. Due to expansion they are seeking B2B telesales executives to join their team.

JOB PURPOSE:

This is a sales role that requires dedication and focus. You’ll be making outbound calls with some inbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in B2B telesales, with a proven track record of achievement of targets
  • Sound understanding of the 360 sales process - from initial contact to conversion, on-boarding and Account Management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with strong questioning and listening skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and nurture strong customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experienced in overcoming objections
  • Good administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a good of computer literacy - with MS Outlook, Excel and Word

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistent achievement of monthly sales & revenue targets
  • Conduct a high level of productivity
  • Experience in Cold Calling
  • Optimise new business revenue and volume through effective account management
  • Deliver high quality calls and written communications with customers to required standards
  • Commitment to structured training programs
  • Ongoing excellent understanding of all products and services
  • Propose customer focused solutions
  • Accurately record all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Maximise conversion rates of data and leads within KPIs and SLAs
  • Understand all KPIs, prioritise and achieve on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Work collaboratively across all business areas to help foster a supportive team culture
  • Create a positive working environment, demonstrating the Company core values and professional behaviours
  • Contribute and commit to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations
  • Other duties from time to time as directed by the Management team
