£20k - £22k per annum with an OTE of £35k per annum.

08:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Operative to join an established and successful sales team. The telesales candidate will possess excellent communication & negotiation skills and be able to drive sales as well as deliver excellent customer service.

Telesales role daily duties will include:-

  • Contacting new business and generating leads to discuss their needs and identify where you can supply
  • Account managing existing business ensuring they are repeat spending
  • Maintain Excellent customer service
  • Lead generation and territory management
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customer
  • The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Telesales, Customer Service or worked in a target driven customer service environment.
  • Have worked towards targets previously
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
