My client is looking to bring on an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Telephony systems.

This role is to assist with the current back log of work and therefore will suit someone who can deal with BAU requests.

Technical Skills and Experience

The main requirements of the role will be to assist with all ticket queries raised in both a 1st and 2nd line capacity before escalating if needed to the 3rd party suppliers. Therefore strong ticket management experience and adherence to current SLA’s set is a must.

You will have worked previously in a telephony support position and will have knowledge of PSTN, ISDN and SIP lines. Furthermore you will have had prior exposure to working with PBX,IPT and VoIP technologies.

My client is currently operating on an Alcatel platform therefore knowledge of this would be advantageous however those with Mitel, Cisco or Avaya would also be considered.
