Telephone CBT Role

Patient Group

• IAPT

• Adult

• Low Intensity Anxiety, Depression etc

• Pre-assessed patients

The Company

Online therapeutic provider specialising in working with adult patients, in this contract - clearing an IAPT backlog

The Model

• Work remotely - from home, private practice, private office etc

• 10-12 session telephone CBT model with relapse prevention plan

• Line management, supervision, software all organised by the company

The Working Week

• Working hours are typically 09:00 - 17:00 but are flexible

• 24 telephone CBT contracts per week split across a 5-day working week (outlined below) Monday to Thursday

• 5 x 60-minute telephone CBT sessions per day plus 2.5 hours admin time (7.5 hour working day) Friday

• 4 x 60-minute telephone CBT sessions, 1-hour clinical supervision and 2.5 hours admin time (7.5 hour working day) Contract length Approx. 3 months based on all patients completing 10-12 telephone CBT sessions (1 per week)

The Requirements

• Must be BABCP accredited

• Must be experienced in delivering CBT to Adults

• IAPT experience desirable

• Telephone CBT desirable

Payment structure

• Pay will be paid as a weekly rate

• Weekly rate to be negotiated and will be done on a case by case basis depending on experience

• Outside IR35 so can be paid umbrella or LTD Company

Start Date

• There is flexibility regarding start date as the client will be starting two CBT therapists from Mid-May and will start two more every fortnight moving forward for a 14-week period (14 therapists in total) to introduce cases effectively

• Start date will be done on a first come first serve basis
