Overview of role
The role involves contacting non-active customers from our database and qualifying, assisting and converting them into active customers. You will be given corporate sales training and have the opportunity to become a Sales Executive within 12 months with a potential earning of £30,000 plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Using regional and national media to identify new additional prospects. · Gathering intel about the prospect. · Using prospect intel to manage requirements to our solutions. · Manage the new relationship up to a point of transfer the prospect to the active team. · Nurturing that prospect to a point of making them 'active’ · To contact customers on the sales database, qualify and update in the CRM system. · Liaising with customers by telephone in a confident manner. · Ensuring information is communicated quickly and accurately. · Maintenance of customer records. · Checking the accuracy of documentation.
Excellent Telephone Skills · Experience with a telesales or telemarketing background. · Experience within an account management/ customer service role. · Good with people and developing relationships. · Excellent IT skills including been proficient in Excel and Outlook. · Reliable and self driven. Desired Skills and Experience · Interest in Cars would be useful but not essential. · Good investigative skills and ability to resolve problems. · A flexible approach to meet the demands of the business. · Resourceful and a good decision-maker. · Professional approach with good presentation skills.
