Telemarketing - Customer Service Adviser

Customer Service Adviser- £21k + commission! - DISS

You will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships.

Taking INBOUND CALLS & Outbound calls, dealing with customers placing orders / arrange delivery etc

Speaking to clients who are placing orders....building relationships with regulars....To include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customer inquiries. You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role involving Telemarketing, up selling or proactive calls.

Hours are 8am - 6pm on a mini rota -8am -4.30 /9am -5.30 /10am -6pm

A basic salary of £21000 - + EXCELLENT commission - £200 - £300 + per month + many benefits!
