Your new role
Making outbound calls to prospective clients who are seeking financial advice to establish their circumstances with a view to booking an appointment for them to speak to a qualified financial adviser. As the first point of contact, a key part of the role is the ability to build rapport, create a positive impression and identify new opportunities where possible. All warm leads, no cold calling.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an enquiring mind, strong relationship building skills. Previous experience in telemarketing is desirable as is experience within financial services.
