This unique MSP company in Worthing is looking for a strong 2nd Line Techncial Support Advisor to join their team. This position will cross into 2nd Line tasks and full training and mentoring is offered.

This role has become available due to the business securing a large new client on top of their substantial growth in the last 6 months.

If you have the ambition to be field based in the future, this business will prepare you for having the skills to also go out and support clients with technical issues at other businesses. Some of the main duties as a Technical Support include:

  • Answering the phone or deal with incoming emails, with a calm and Customer service focused approach.
  • Manage tickets assigned to you and ensure system is organised and up to date.
  • To diagnose, log, action and follow through to resolution all faults and requests, including escalations whilst keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Be able to identify when a fault cannot be fixed remotely and escalate this issue to a manager.
