What will you be doing?

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be working within an experienced team to help deliver high quality solutions and assistance to their client base. This will include both hardware and software support.

You will have direct contact with customers to solve their issues from network troubleshooting to system configurations. You will need to be a great communicator showcasing your technical knowledge in a concise manner.

Technical Support Engineer's Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience of technical support, help desk and direct customer solutions role.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various systems, IOT devices and good technical market understanding.
  • Experience of both Windows/Linux systems and remote access help desk software.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve issues with experience and ability to adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills to turn technical jargon into understandable solutions for the client.
  • Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field experience. All additional qualifications in the above areas will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of IOT technology and energy management systems would be beneficial.
