3rd Line Technical Support Engineer

Location: Warwick (Hybrid / Flexible)

Salary: Up to £44,000 Gross Per Annum + Extensive list of benefits

By bringing their tools to life, they have achieved many success stories, and are looking to further support their customer base with an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to shape the vision of their support function for the years to come.

You would collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to shape the vision of the support function by playing a key role in the technical software issue resolution, standardising the support procedures and facilitating a self-help approach with customers, reducing the amount of 1st level incidents.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience in resolution of 1st/2nd/3rd line support queries
  • Background in creation of technical documentation
  • A good level of understanding of XML/JSON file formats
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot web based technologies
