Technical Support Analyst required for my client in Reading for a permanent role, salary £23-25K + benefits.
My client are seeking a talented 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join a growing company based in Reading.
You will be providing 1st line support across all technologies of the managed service portfolio and internal users, ensuring SLA's are adhered to.
You will be working a 40 hour week with a typical shift pattern of 8-5 or 9-6.
Key skills required:
At least one year of 1st / 2nd Line Support experience - able to hit the ground running
Office / 365
Desktop / Laptop configuration / installation
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
ITIL Foundation (Or equivalent applied experience)
