Technical Support Analyst - Wakefield - Telecoms.

Are you currently working in the Telecoms industry, but don't enjoy your working environment? Is there a lack of training or progression within your current work environment? If this is so, then this role could be the one for you.

I am now looking for a Technical Support Analyst who has experience of working within the Telecoms industry, dealing with faults and issues from a variety of suppliers and products, such as -

  • Telephony
  • Fibre leased lines
  • VOIP / SIP
  • ADSL / FTTC BT Wholesale
  • Openreach

As the Technical Support Analyst, it will be your job to diagnose and troubleshoot issues at a 1st or 2nd line level.
