JOB TITLE: Technical Sales Manager
EMPLOYER: An established and respected innovator in their niche field, our client are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of high performance, innovative solutions designed to protect buildings and structures from the hazards faced by expansive soil, VOC and Ground gas. Cordek have built an envious reputation, working closely with Engineers and Specialist Contractors developing robust Ground Heave, Gas Protection, Formwork and Piling solutions, they are now seeking two Technical Sales Managers, inheriting critical territories in the South East of the UK, playing a key role in assisting the company in achieving ambitious growth targets, following consistent, profitable growth over the last 5 years.
LOCATION: North East London, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire

ROLE SUMMARY: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful incumbent will take ownership of the effective management and development of their defined sales territory, tasked with delivering profitable sales growth in line with Area and Company targets. Proactively identify, track and secure specifications, with responsibility for the end to end project cycle Target, influence and support key stakeholders within the supply chain, with initial focus on Engineers and Architects in generating specification, through to Specialist Contractors and Sub Contractors. Invest time in the strategic development of key account relationships, maximising loyalty and sales opportunities, as wll as continually seeking opportunities for new business. Utilise CRM and ERP systems as well as working in partnership with key internal stakeholders in maximising operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service
CLIENT REQUIREMENT: Strong sales, communication and presentation ability, with proven experience in a Technical field sales capacity within the Building Products, Construction or Civil Engineering Sector. A comprehensive understanding of specification and project led sales within the Construction industry, with experience in CPD Presentations / Technical seminars Experience dealing with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers or Specialist Contractors.
