Job Profile for Technical Sales Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering - MC269141

Technical Sales Engineer required for a manufacturer of various mechanical & electrical products based in Watford (Circuit protection, relays, switches, etc for electrical and drive systems, air wipes, cable handling, etc on mechanical side). This is for a small to medium company (Around 25 employees but growing).

Technical Sales Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Position Overview

• Technical sales of products above
• Technical support
• Generating new business
• Relationship building with current business
• 2/3 days a week in office on the phone and video calls with clients
• 2/3 days a week on the road across the UK (mostly north of Watford) visiting key clients
• Overnight stays now and again when needed

Technical Sales Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Position Requirements

• Technical background ideally in general engineering & electrical engineering
• Sales background
• Background selling to OEM's & Manufacturing companies

Technical Sales Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Position Remuneration

• Salary dependent on experience level and background likely anything Circa £35k-£60k+ (different levels considered)
• Commission and bonus scheme (commission of 2.5% above target and bonus for achieving target, etc)
• Company car or allowance
• 08:30-17:30 Monday-Friday
