If you are currently working in sales but fed up with cold calling and prefer to sell through service, then we have perfect role for you!
My client, a British manufacturer offering bespoke solutions to companies across the UK is now looking to add an experienced Technical Sales Administrator to their team.
The role
- Handling inbound calls and emails from both new and existing customers
- Estimating and quoting projects using bespoke software
- Dealing with technical queries via email and phone call
- Producing and sending technical submittals
- Receiving orders and obtaining order information for forwarding onto Production team
- Keeping accurate records on CRM system
- Supporting external field sales team
- Supporting production team
- Delivering excellent customer service
The candidate
- Previous experience working with a technical product or service
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to understand a technical product or service
- Ability to read technical drawings is advantageous but not essential
- Must have great attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Happy to work from the office full time
