Technical Project Coordinator - Cumbria / Hybrid
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join a successful software company based in Cumbria on a permanent basis. They are a leader in their field, servicing the financial services sector, and have been established for over 20 years.
As Technical Project Coordinator, the successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders and internal technical teams to support their key projects. The role will also involve analysing technical processes, updating key documentation and respond to due diligence requests to ensure compliance.
We are looking for a meticulous and proficient individual with strong stakeholder management and administration skills.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Document technical processes and create / update documentation and reports.
- Support requests for information from external audits or due diligence requests.
- Identify areas for improvement in documentation.
- Support technical teams with project or audit work where required.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure documentation is relevant and consistent across the business.
Skills / Experience required:
- Experience in producing technical documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ideally an understanding of technical terms / IT.
- Understanding of due diligence and compliance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
