Technical Product Manager
Technical Product Manager - HYBRID role required in the office 2 days per fortnight (after probation.) Our client is a leading roofing solutions provider to multiple industry sectors. As a product manager in their technical operations department, you will be their technical champion for reinforced bitumen membranes (RBM) and structural hot melt.

Technical Product Manager duties include:
- Act as the business champion for technical matters relating to your product set.
- Provide technical support for your product set to clients, contractors and colleagues by email, telephone and on site.
- Collaborate with colleagues in technical and marketing to ensure information relating to your product set is developed and maintained (datasheets, brochures, marketing content, technical resources, specifications).
- Undertake technical assessments and approval of bespoke drawings produced by Design Services.
- Undertake product and system development, including meeting potential and current suppliers and testing products and accessories.
- Produce, deliver, and update induction and refresher training to internal colleagues.
- Produce, deliver and update (in-house and customer-facing) demonstrations/presentations on your product sets.
- Undertake site monitoring for the company projects to support the Site Services department (monitoring/inspection team).
Technical Product Manager requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a Technical Department supporting roof design or construction works in the UK.
- At least 5 years' experience with hands-on application
- Knowledge of RBM membranes (torch-on and self-adhesive) and structural Hot Melts (second generation preferred).
- Full UK License and transport required.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
