A well established and hugely successful national company is expanding and looking to recruit a new Technical Customer Service Advisor.

This is a perfect long term career opportunity for those who are looking to commit themselves to development and future security. 

The role will involve speaking to customers over the phone nationally to resolve their technical issues. 

So what will you need to be considered for this role? 

Most important is that you have not job hopped - we want people who commit themselves.

Someone who is technically minded would be an advantage - though full comprehensive training will be given.

A background in customer service or call center would also be of great advantage but we will consider any relevant background. 

This is a great team environment, lots of incentives and career prospects await the right candidate. This company does work on a shift basis so occasional weekends are required.
