Our client, an up and coming technology company, a seeking a talented Technical Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide telephone support to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator

  • Customer service support across social media, e-mail, web forums, chatrooms and customer care portals
  • Being able to edit their Web portal pages with customer care content and product support information
  • Process orders received via various communication channels

Essential Skills

  • Previous customer service/ customer support experience ideally within a technology company
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-starter
  • Past experience or an interest in consumer electronics within the mobile phone industry
  • A keen interest in technology
