Technical Business Analyst – Penrith – £45k - Mostly remote

This advanced technology company based in Penrith are looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to join an established team and work closely with the team lead to develop solutions for clients. You will be working closely with external stakeholders and the internal technical teams. 

Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst
  • Working with technical colleagues to document technical processes
  • Aiding information requests from external audits and creating and owning a 'knowledge base' documenting how the business conducts technical processes such as Vulnerability Management, Access Recertification etc. 
  • Identify solutions to business issues and opportunities
  • Supporting the Platform, IT Support and Technical Compliance teams
  • To prepare system documentation and liaise with Management as required

Experience & Requirements for the Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience working with stakeholders in order to create business cases including budget requirements
  • Experience in understanding and documenting technical processes
  • Excellent experience producing documentation and reports to a high standard
  • Understand the phases of the development life cycle, and how they are related
  • Experience working within agile and structured project environments
