Application Support - Partnerships
Location: Brighton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Applications Support- Partnerships API to join a well-respected Digital Marketplace. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating the integration of partners onto their platform, ensuring seamless API integrations and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the integration of partners onto our platform, ensuring smooth API integrations.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and diagnose integration problems.
  • Manage projects effectively, prioritizing tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the integration process, ensuring partner satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, RESTful architecture, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and diagnosing integration problems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and other support tools is a plus.
