Team Leader

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for a perm contract on behalf of our client based in Waltham Cross.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Report on warehouse activities, performance, and issues to upper management
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations.
• Troubleshoot problems related to orders, inventory, or equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 1pm-10pm
