Job Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage our home conveyancing panel team in Manchester. Salary £28,000

You will be managing a home conveyancing panel team and responsible for supporting the management of a panel of law firms, ensuring that they are delivering service to the required standards, resolving any queries/escalations from branches and firms giving our introducers the confidence to increase volumes of conveyancing instructions.

Key roles and responsibilities of a Team Leader

  • Line management of a small dynamic panel team
  • Liaising with Estate Agents, Financial Services, clients and panel firms regarding property transactions.
  • Dealing with escalations and complaints regarding panel firms, both current and previous transactions.
  • Distributing work to panel firms and ensuring systems and reporting are managed in a timely manner.
  • Review and monitor performance and NPS for escalation.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the panel firms and try to assist in building these between the firms and other parties.


Experience you have that will set you up for success
  • You will have team supervision experience.
  • A knowledge of the Conveyancing process will be beneficial.
  • You will have thrived and enjoyed working in fast paced, high performing, customer centric environments.
  • You can identify and solve problems and have a can do approach.
  • You will know the importance of speaking and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
  • You will be able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • You will thrive on delivering excellence in everything you do.
