Excellent opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join a reputable construction engineering company on a contract basis in London. Our client offers expert engineering services to a range of project sectors in the UK and overseas. Due to an increasing workload, they are seeking an enthusiastic team coordinator to provide administration and secretarial support within the Infrastructure

As the selected Team Coordinator, you will help to ensure the smooth operation of projects and resources. Your key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and coordinating regular team meetings
  • Taking and producing minutes from team meetings
  • Managing holiday bookings and maintaining absence records for the team
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Mail Processing
  • Assisting in the preparation of pre-qual responses and bids
  • Organising photocopying, printing, binding and collating of reports, pre-quals, tenders and other business documents
  • Review, proof read and edit outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating all administration
  • CRM administration
  • Ensuring that telephones are answered, taking and passing messages and screening incoming calls

Essential skills, experience and attributes:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE's including English and Maths (or equivalent
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign software
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task
  • Friendly attitude
  • Good telephone manner
