Role and responsibilities-

  • Working closely with the creative studio manager
  • Issuing contracts/ managing new starter process
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Processing bills
  • Ensuring time sheets are up to date
  • Assisting with billing, purchase orders and expenses queries
  • Liaising with IT regarding issues
  • Keeping accurate holiday and absence records
  • Arranging company gatherings
  • Be the point of contact for the team
