Are you an experienced Administrator/Team Assistant looking to work for a professional but fun organisation in hte heart of the city?
As a key member of the support team you will be supporting a team of professionals with diary management, organising and confirming all meetings, travel arrangements, formatting documents, arranging events as well as updating the database, sending out confirmation emails and producing presentations. As well as secretarial support to your team you will also take a share of the general office management duties as shared amongst the support team.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys being the glue to ther team, has strong attention to detail and strong MS office skills particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Someone who can hold their own administratively, is suited to a corporate environment and enjoys an upbeat, positive atmosphere and being made to feel as part of a team.
