Our client is a growing National Law firm. Based at their Oxford office an opportunity has become available for a Team Assistant, the successful applicant will be providing administrative support to the wider office of Solicitors and PAs. This role is office based.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistants, including arranging travel, booking meeting rooms and inputting expenses
  • Aiding the post-completion tasks of the fee earners
  • Dealing with Facilities, laiisng with Contractors, Health & Safety
  • Communications support, including phone, email and in-person correspondence
  • Data management; ensuring the firm’s client database and contact lists are up-to-date
  • Document management including opening and closing files, archiving, and printing, scanning and photocopying
  • Formatting and typing documents, deeds and correspondence within the firm’s formatting guidelines

Applicants will have previous office experience and have a real interest in working for a progressive law firm.
