We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our clients team. As a key player in an established recruitment firm, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing timesheet and payroll administration, ensuring our team is compensated accurately and on time.

Description

  • Timesheet Administration: Oversee the accurate collection, verification, and processing of employee timesheets. Ensure all hours worked are recorded correctly and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating wages, processing payments, and issuing paychecks. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of employee hours, leaves, and payroll transactions. Utilise payroll software to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding timesheet and payroll inquiries. Foster a culture of transparency and trust through clear and timely communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve timesheet and payroll processes. Implement best practices to increase efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

Profile

Desirable:

  • Proven experience in timesheet and payroll administration, preferably within a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and implement solutions.
