My client based in Ealing are a leading educational provider and are looking for a new Team Administrator to join their head office.
The role is temp to perm, so you MUST be immediately available.
You will be in charge of the administration and organisation of the Human Capital Development and Training team. The team is bubbly, full of life and offers a very exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to work for a growing and enjoyable company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide a full administrative support to members of the Human Capital Development, Instruction and Materials department.
To co-ordinate training sessions, including booking meeting rooms/venues, co-ordinating invitations, arranging lunch for delegates, booking flights, arranging visas, and setting up the venue prior to training sessions taking place.
To arrange and prepare material for various training sessions.
To liaise with hotels and venues regarding bookings and requirements necessary for training sessions.
To assist with the E-Ticketing process and sending of relevant files to printers, distribution centres and the KIE logistics team.
To book travel arrangements for all events for team members.
To manage and monitor the department budget and process all receipts, including credit card details and forms for team members.
To efficiently and professionally deal with telephone, email and/or post enquiries and distribute items accordingly.
To support in the organisation and running of events, such as the national Instructor conference.
To produce letters and other general correspondence as and when required.
To provide a professional reception/meet and greet service for visitors to the office.
To support the implementation of organisational change including structural, cultural and/or business planning changes within the team.
To participate in project work as required by your line manager.
To attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working times, including at evenings and weekend, and may require travel within the UK and/or overseas.
To maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with data protection and privacy legislation.
To carry out all reasonable duties as requested by your line manager or any other senior management member.
To work closely with the English and Maths Project Co-ordinators and the Materials and Instruction Deputy Manager.
Using a the software programme to adapt, edit, develop, change and create materials, such as worksheets, textbooks, achievement tests, diagnostic tests, table of learning materials, Instruction principles and Guide system materials and so on.
