SEND Teaching Assistant Required in Stockport

Immediate Start

£95.16-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Join our dedicated team at a popular secondary school in Stockport for an immediate start. This role will involve working with a pupil/s on a 1-2-1 basis. You must have a calm and patient manner and be proactive in your approach. The school are looking for someone on a full time basis for consistency for the pupil/s. This will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3pm. This full-time role has the potential to become permanent for the right Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to students with ALN and SEN, ensuring their inclusion and success in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement tailored strategies for individual student needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Utilize a calm and patient approach to effectively support students facing diverse challenges.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience working with pupils with ALN and SEN.
  • A calm and patient demeanor, with the ability to provide empathetic support.
  • Passion for inspiring and empowering young minds.
  • Full-time availability for an immediate start.
