Teaching Assistant

We are currently trying to source individuals with a SEN background to support learners with additional needs in our schools

About the role:
The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:

• Autism
• PMLD and Complex needs
• Behavioural Difficulties
• Severe Learning Difficulties

We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with students with severe ASC and profound, multiple learning difficulties and are enthusiastic about raising attainment of their pupils.

You will ideally have experience of supporting children with special educational needs or will have a passion to work with students with special educational needs. Working with Theatre in Education (TIE) or workshops with children are beneficial. By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build up relationships with students and gain knowledge of a wide variety of needs.
