The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a reputable secondary school in Cheadle. As an SEND LSA, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to SEND students, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with SEND students to offer individualized support and guidance.
  • Work alongside teaching staff to effectively implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
  • Assist students in accessing the curriculum and educational materials.
  • Keep accurate records of student progress and provide feedback.
  • Promote positive behavior and student engagement within the SEND cohort.
