Position Teaching Assistant (Graduate preferred but not essential)

Full Time, 8.15am - 3.15pm

15th April 2024 start until July 2024

Monday - Friday, Term time only

Pay £86 a day

Rewarding Role:

We are working with an Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary school in Crosby who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with a student to provide 1:1 support.

Responsibilities:

· Offer one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.

· Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

· Aid students in their academic progress

· Foster a secure and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

· Relevant experience working with children who have special educational needs is highly desirable.

· Graduates preferred.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated compassion and patience.

· Ability to build strong connections with students, colleagues, and parents.

· Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
